10:00 am: Festival Launch

Our festival officially launches this morning 10am -12noon with our Art in Shop Windows exhibition on to the public all week, an Art Trail for the children to take part in, musical entertainment and Eco themed children's crafts. Come along anytime and join in.

2:00 pm: Wollaton Bake Off

At St Leonards community centre we have a Cake making bake off competition open to anyone - just bring your best cake!

Alongside this you can take part in chapatti and samosa making classes, or just buy some lovely locally made food to take home with you.

An afternoon of events at the Wollaton Muslim cultural centre on Radford Bridge Road. Drop in for free family activities, henna art, t-shirt sale. Attend prayer at 1.30pm.

Join local historian Graham Woodward and learn about the estate was influenced by the Garden City Arts and Crafts movement.

Meet at 7pm at the Dovecote Museum (open to visitors from 6.30pm) for a short walk ending at the British Legion lasting about an hour.

Lytisha will turn your stories and memories into a Wollaton Festival poem to be performed at the finale on Sunday 26th June 12.30pm- 5pm.
